Karstadt Restaurant in Freiburg im Breisgau

I went to Karstadt Restaurant today! Simply impossible! Unfriendly staff, then with the prices I will go straight to a real restaurant next time, because this food has canteen level! As I said, price-performance ratio is not right at all, then my cake for dessert was so stale and dry, it doesn't work at all. The icing on the cake is that you are asked to pay again in the toilet ... an absolute no go !!! Conclusion ... never again !!!!! 1 star is actually too much !!

One star is still too many here. I've rarely come across such a horrible shop. The unfriendliness of the staff, especially the lady at the coffee station, is simply unsurpassable. I have never seen all fully automatic coffee machines work. Wearing masks is apparently also not an obligation. I am very surprised. The food is always cold, unseasoned and not edible. All types of coffee with milk are generally cold. You don't have to leave any money here. PS. See photo. You can get such glasses at the coffee station.

Very nice terrace with a view over Freiburg, TOP. An employee has to work defensively on her friendliness. You should make the customer, unfortunately, several times, no reproaches for not having Corona Info's.

It is a very nice place to have breakfast especially, you can find peace with the sounds of birds against the black forest and it will make a great contribution to start the day.

Was Monday 10.45am here for breakfast. Wanted the 5 + 1 breakfast. Sausage and cheese had started. Nowhere exactly signposting whether butter and sea tuck cream are among the 5 parts. Latte macchiato only came lukewarm from the fully automatic machine Cashier, what is included in the breakfast 5 + 1. Her answer was that I should just judge. Then you can tell if it fits. Lukewarm latte macchiato paid and gone ... will not come ..

The location is actually quite fantastic, there's a big roof terrace with view on the park and it's quite spacious so people with strollers won't have any problems. Foodwise I'm not entirely sold, the salad bar is limited and mostly creamy dressings, also you get most of it as a warm version on the sides buffet. Anyway not too bad of an option for hungry families.
